We could close by the end of the month! OMG! I could get a HOUSE for my birthday! (which is May 1st by the way. I accept cash, checks and gift cards to my favorite stores. ;-) LOL.)
It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with an open floor plan, fenced in yard and a full unfinished basement (which we will add a bathroom, bedroom and large rec room probably next year)
Please keep your fingers, toes....everything crossed for us!
